We pursue differentiated sources of return by allocating capital to middle-market buyout, growth, recapitalization and sale-leaseback transactions, co-investing alongside a select network of experienced entrepreneurs, private equity sponsors, family offices, and institutional investors.
We invest between $100,000 to $5 million of our own capital per business, as non-controlling investors
Often, we co-invest with institutional funds, independent sponsors, and family offices, increasing the size of the investment
We aim to provide capital to take businesses to the next level, including through acquisitions and expansion
Our capital can be used to pay down debt, freeing companies to execute growth strategies, and reducing owners’ risks
Often, a portion of our invested capital is paid out to the business owner to diversify wealth
Usually, we are invited to join the company board or advisory board to help with growth strategies
